While C was helping with dungeon setup, he was chatting with someone who commented that since I'm pregnant, I obviously would be dressing for comfort and not wearing any fun shoes.

C suggested to him that he was clearly mistaken. It's true - I have my very own shoe fetish. My theory on heels is the higher the better. Happily I didn't make an ass of myself by falling. ;-)


On a slightly different topic... toys. :) Bought a variation on a cane from Wycked Synsations (beautiful wood -- maple and purple heart wood...no clue what it's actually called) slightly curved, no wrapping action. I'm going to have to practice with it a bit before using since it has such a different feel than a more traditional rattan cane. This is a similar model with different wood.

It's gorgeous wood, though. And it went so well with the purple heart wood paddle that just found its way into my hand... *sigh* We have quite a few leather toys but no wood until now. Incidentally, they also make some incredible dungeon furniture - extremely sturdy. It's not for those of us who need something that can be put up in the guest room for a party - then taken down for the parents or in laws visit, though. Still looking for good sources and ideas for more discreet items with which to restrain my favorite playthings.

Rumor has it there's someone fabulous with wax play here; I'm thinking if he's game, I'd really, really love to try something with wax on my belly, but that's just because it sounds like it would feel so damn good and, not to be totally egotistical, but I think it would look amazingly sexy, too.

Even in these last days of pregnancy it's fantastic to feel so sensual and wonderful here.
